A few rules exist to ensure that our vending space remains fun and accessible.

• Arrive on Time: Vendors are expected to be fully set up before the show begins at 11am. Doors will open at 9:30am.
• Don’t Leave Early: Vendors are expected to stay until the show’s conclusion at 4pm.
• No Modern Sealed Product Above Market: Vendors are NOT allowed to sell or trade sealed product at above MSRP, as determined by the event organizer. You are welcome to sell and trade sealed product at MSRP. You can also buy sealed product at whatever price you would like.
• Tidiness: To limit clean up difficulties, please ensure that you keep your space clean.
• Legality: All product must be legal for sale. Drugs and weapons of any kind are not allowed to be sold.
• No Refunds: Payments are final, and there will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations unless someone can be found to fill your space.
• Kindness: Harassment of any sort will not be tolerated. This includes racism, sexism, transphobia, Islamophobia, and homophobia.
• Food: Food is allowed, but please ensure any liquids are contained to prevent potential damage to cards.

At Feywild Card Show, we want to create an event where everyone feels welcome, and where people feel safe buying knowing that they aren’t being scammed or misled. As a result, we try to carry high standards for our vendors. But don’t let that scare you if you’re new to vending! Our standards have nothing to do with the size of your inventory or the popularity of your socials. It has everything to do with how you interact with your customers and fellow community members, and as long as you’re an honest person, there won’t be any issues.
